A special alternative bonding program is being proposed at the federal level that will dramatically improve access to both technical assistance and bonds. There is growing interest within the Administration and Congress in this special bond program. To help validate that lack of access to bonding is an impediment to small and underserved businesses, please complete and return the attached survey. Your prompt response will be much appreciated, as will any suggestions you would like to offer. The results of this survey will be used only in aggregate form, without identifying names of companies.
