                        Christine McDonald, Executive Director, Oregon & SW Washington Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, has over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience. Since 2005, under her direction, the Affiliate has doubled its revenue and staff. Prior to her arrival at the Komen Oregon & SW Washington Affiliate, Christine held top fundraising positions at a number of academic institutions, including leading the development team at Jesuit High School in Portland, OR, directing its $2 Million Annual Giving Programs. Christine holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Irvine, where she began her development and fundraising career in the Office of University Advancement as Director of Special Projects during the university's $200 million capitol campaign. 

                        Kate Bowman has been the Events Manager of Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC) of Oregon and Southwest Washington since August 2007. Ms. Bowman oversees RMHC's two annual signature events, a golf tournament in the summer and an auction in the fall. Prior to moving to Oregon, she lived and worked in Honolulu, HI, organizing Paradise Ride Hawaii: Hawaii 's Bike Ride to Stop AIDS. 

                        Sara Lee, Community Relations Supervisor, External Affairs, Kaiser Permanente, manages Kaiser Permanente's community relations function including corporate giving, community engagement, sponsorships, events, and facility openings. Sara started her career at Kaiser Permanente in 2001. She holds a BS in marketing and advertising management from Portland State University.
