Reminder of Important Date: October 14, 2009

FAX  your Certification of Material Events Form to the CDFI Fund by 5 pm EST: 
 
Per the CDFI Fund's NOFA, " The Certification below must be signed by the organization's Authorized Representative.  The completed form should be addressed to the attention of the Compliance, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager and faxed to 202.622.7754."

For groups not yet certified as a Community Development Financial Institution: 
 
Per the CDFI Fund's NOFA: "a Certifiable CDFI is an entity from which the Fund has received  (emphasis added) a complete CDFI Certification Application no later than October 14, 2009… evidencing that the Applicant meets the requirements to be certified as a CDFI."
