John Cisneros is the Business Development Coordinator for the State of
Colorado, Purchasing Office. As such, Mr. Cisneros travels the entire state
speaking to business owners, including Minority and Women Owned Small
Business, the various Chambers of Commerce and other organizations
interested in learning how to do business with the State.
John is a former business owner who understands that in Colorado, Small
Business is really Big Business.
