First Nations Development Institute would like to invite you to a
two-day Institute on Native Asset-Building, October 5-6, 2009 at the
Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, MN. The purpose of the Institute
is to feature Native asset-building strategies and models as well as
educate participants about resources available to plan and implement
asset-building projects in the tri-state areas of Wisconsin, Minnesota,
and North Dakota.  

 

We hope you can attend this special event on Native asset-building.
Institute sessions will include The Role of Peer Mentoring and Learning
in Indian Country, Community Development Financial Institutions,
Renewable Energy Development and Management, Tribal Philanthropy, and
Tribal Governance and Civil society. 

 

This event is limited to 50 participants and a small number spaces are
still available.  There is no registration cost for this event and a
limited number of travel scholarships are available.

travel/hotel scholarship on the First Nations' website at
