Dear Tribal Housing Professional:
The National American Indian Housing Council (NAIHC) is seeking highly
qualified individuals for full-time positions as Training and Technical
Assistance (T&TA) Specialists. At least three positions will be filled.
T&TA specialists will be responsible for providing technical assistance and
will serve as trainers for various courses that NAIHC offers to Indian
Housing professionals. To be considered for these positions, applicants must
have extensive experience in Indian housing program management and possess a
thorough working knowledge of the Native American Housing Assistance and
Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA) and precursor Indian housing programs,
including provisions of the 1937 Housing Act; have excellent communication,
presentation, and research skills; and be highly motivated self-starters.
Extensive travel is required.
T&TA position locations are negotiable.
