This is a three-day, top management development program tailored specifically to Native American businesses, combining the best features of a strategic planning retreat, a customized executive development program, and coaching by subject-matter experts.  The retreat will be lead by Leonard Greenhalgh, PhD, Professor of Management and Director of Native American Business Programs at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. This program will assist tribal and individual Indian business owners in developing and improving business management skills; maintaining accounting records; assessing performance; creating a high-performing business enterprise; and expanding existing operations.  Participants will learn about implementing company strategy, aligning operations to create customer value, operations strategy, analyzing and refining key business processes, prioritizing process improvements, and effective management techniques.  Program is free but
 registration is required.
