The CDFI Fund is seeking readers to assist in its review of applications
received under the fiscal year 2009 CDFI Program Financial Assistance
(FA) and Technical Assistance (TA) Components.  Please find more details
about the CDFI Program and how to apply to be a "Reader" by clicking on

Applications for Readers are being accepted now through September 26,
2008.  Persons with experience in economic and community development are
encouraged to apply.

First-time Readers will be brought to Washington DC for a one-day
training in mid-November.  Previous readers will receive training
through an online webcast.  Readers will work remotely and submit
application reviews using a web-based review interface.  The Fund
anticipates making assignments on/near November 17th.  Readers will be
assigned between 10-15 applications for review.  Readers will be
required to submit their reviews approximately once every other day
(with allowances for the Holiday period).
